Blake managed two properties for KSWaveCo. The recently purchased Austin site (Formerly NLand) and the Surf Ranch in Lemoore, California.
Doug Coors brought NLand Surfing to Austin, Texas. Blake was general manager at this park and was retained when purchased by the World Surf League.
Blake founded and built the Texas Ski Ranch (TSR) in New Braunfels, Texas prior to entering the surf park space. TSR offers day to day action sports and also hosted many large festivals that combined competitions and live music.
